If so, we’d love to talk with you about joining our team! We are a tight-knit group of lending professionals seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer. Get access to 100s of lenders with every product in the financing stack (including hard money) Earn 90% on all Self-generated deals Earn an override on team members you recruit! Responsibilities: • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business• Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications: • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly commission based About Company: At Alt Financial Network, we pride ourselves on providing the type of service you'd extend to a loved one: patience, understanding, and the desire to go above and beyond.
