A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel, Litigation to manage strategic litigation and commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities Manage a fast-paced docket of commercial litigation and internal counseling across various practice areas Develop and execute Coinbase's worldwide litigation strategy and tactics Engage and manage outside counsel to effectively represent the company Required Qualifications At least eight years of litigation experience, including courtroom experience Experience managing and resolving commercial litigation Experience litigating matters involving digital assets and financial services firms Juris doctor from an accredited law school required Member of a US state bar in good standing
