The successful candidate will join the litigation department in Los Angeles. The role requires strong case management, discovery, and trial preparation skills. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Location:Los Angeles, CADuties:Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court, handling various in-court matters.Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including evidence gathering and strategy development.Manage complex litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient progress.Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.Engage in real estate litigation (if applicable) and provide expertise in related matters.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Requirements:5-7 years of experience in handling commercial and business litigation.Experience in discovery processes, depositions, drafting pleadings, and court representation.Strong case management and analytical skills.Experience in real estate litigation is a plus.Excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills.Detail-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Admission to the State Bar of California.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar is required.Skills:Strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills.Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy abilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality legal work.Team-oriented, with the ability to mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys.Benefits:Salary based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
