A company is looking for a Senior Linux Systems Engineer to assist in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems. Key Responsibilities Create Chef cookbooks and Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation Analyze and resolve issues related to Linux servers and applications Maintain monthly patching cycles and manage AWS EC2 services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's degree with 6 years, or high school diploma with 12 years of experience U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Proficiency in Linux (Red Hat) and Unix-based systems Expertise in Ansible and Shell Scripting (Bash, YAML) Strong knowledge of security best practices for Linux systems
