A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive business revenue through strategic lifecycle programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies leveraging email, SMS, and direct mail Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization Manage CRM operations and oversee external vendor relationships, including budgeting and forecasting Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, preferably in subscription or D2C business Expertise in email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze Proven experience in driving lead capture and conversion through CRM channels Fluency with technical aspects of CRM, including data architecture and coding best practices Proficiency in data analysis tools like Amplitude, Tableau, or Google Analytics
