A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer, Lending Compliance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert on lending compliance laws and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS) Monitor regulatory compliance trends and collaborate with various teams for effective implementation Manage the development of compliance training and oversee compliance risk library maintenance Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of direct experience in lending compliance roles in the financial services industry Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred Leadership and people management experience in compliance or risk management
