Summary The LMS Admin will develop, deliver and manage the efficient administration of our MySimplot learning management systems across the business, ensuring global consistency and alignment to business needs. Key Responsibilities Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) To ensure global processes and protocols are followed, gain efficiencies and drive business needs-based solutions with a One Simplot focus. Troubleshoot and provide technical support, advice and guidance on the use of the LMS to users via the Cherwell system and ongoing support for the L&D teams system needs. Also includes reporting, data analytics, system administration, auditing of content, ongoing global stakeholder and business engagement. Management of delivery of online compliance requirements across the business. Ad hoc project work Undertake ad hoc project work for the L&D CoE as required. Examples may include, but not limited to: updating policies and procedures, redesigning online pages/sites, end to end planning with stakeholders, induction/onboarding, working with global CoE and HR partners to find solutions for business need. Typical Education Associate’s degree (A.A. or equivalent) Relevant Experience Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally SAP Success Factors. Strong collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong process oriented. Strong data and analytical skills.
