Senior Leadership Coach As our Senior Leadership Coach, you will lead workshops so our scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will coach and support your direct report, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience managing others. You'll know Senior Leadership Coach is the right fit for you if--- You are passionate about supporting students to succeed in high school and preparing them to apply for and attend a four-year college You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students You have 1+ years of experience managing and coaching individuals You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday and occasional weekeneds. We believe time off is essential to success and provide up to 27 discretionary time off days (Sick and Vacation) in addition to 28 paid office closure and holiday days in your first year of employment. This position is full-time non-expempt with a full compensation range of $27.63/hour to $37.38/hour (equal to ------57,460/year-$77,740/year) with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to the role, you can expect an offer between $32.72/hour to $34.22/hour ($68,064- $71,173) to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time in the position.
