A company is looking for a Senior IT Trainer to manage and develop training programs related to business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Manage, develop, implement, and maintain training programs for critical systems Lead the creation of training materials including guides, eLearning tutorials, and certifications Coordinate and conduct training sessions in both web-based and classroom environments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, Communication, or equivalent experience 4 or more years of experience in developing and delivering technical training courses 2 or more years of project management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and various training and video recording tools Comprehensive knowledge of training concepts and project management methodologies
