If you are a dynamic service focused team manager with a passion for IT, able to demonstrate strong client management skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with clients and end users, then you could be perfect and wed love to see your CV. This is a full: time permanent role offering a salary of up to GBP35,000. You will be office: based at the companys Orpington site however the company operate a joint service desk across three locations in the UK based in Orpington, Rochester, and Kings Lynn and in Goa, India. There is also an expectation that you may work out of hours when required, including evening and occasional weekends. : The Role As the Senior Service Delivery Manager you will lead your Team to deliver high performance in the areas of IT Service Management and Support. You will be responsible for defining and delivering a high quality and highly available IT experience to clients end users in: line with clients internal and external needs which extend to 24x7x365 service delivery. You will need be able to maintain focus on the full life cycle of service delivery, from designing to transitioning and operating. Working closely with the Head of Engineering and Head of Projects your responsibilities would include x2026; Incident and Problem Management: Complaints Management and Customer Service Management: Manage all aspects of IT Service encompassing 1st and 2nd Line Support: Act as the ultimate escalation point for all service delivery issues and complaints management.
