A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Conversion Analyst to join their team remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL, JCL, Omni, and DB2 SQL Manage job scheduling and automation processes on Linux systems Gather requirements through data analysis and create data maps for software conversion Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Advanced expertise in Omni, JCL, COBOL, Linux, and DB2 SQL Experience in job scheduling and performance optimization in Linux environments Knowledge of retirement services and/or financial services industry standards Experience with Micro Focus COBOL or similar COBOL environments is a plus
