A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Workday Functional Analyst (Remote- PST/MST). Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday, focusing on business process configuration and administration Conduct feasibility studies for business needs and participate in Fit/Gap Analysis Provide application support, manage data integrity, and prepare test scripts for new system functionalities Required Qualifications 5-7 years of functional HR experience Experience with Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Management Exposure to Workday configurations and integrations Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Workday PRO certification highly preferred
