You will also be involved in software implementation and management reporting, providing valuable insights that will drive our business decisions. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our financial future and positioning us for long-term success.Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams in the organization to analyze financial results, distill and synthesize issues, and develop actionable recommendations. Implement and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Team lead for inventory management for the division Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, integrating business strategies into actionable financial plans. Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess reasonable range of outcomes and support comprehensive risk management. Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. Participate in the implementation of financial software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in financial reporting, software implementation, and management reporting. Strong financial modeling experience and a solid understanding of financial statements. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
