Responsibilities: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Advisor to join a successful, established practice at Baystate Financial located in Falmouth, Maine with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing financial planning advice, finance expertise, retirement planning strategies, and investment recommendations to clients. They will work closely with clients and the Senior Advisor of this team to help them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. Requirements: 2+ years of Financial Planning or Financial Advisory experience Expertise in Finance and Investments Experience in retirement planning strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field #LI-BFS1
