A company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) to support G&A submissions in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing G&A oversight for various Health Plans, including monthly close functions Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end variance analysis Develop policies and procedures to support finance activities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 3-4 years of experience in finance or a related area Preferred MBA for advanced knowledge 5-6 years of experience is preferred for seniority Experience with Workday Adaptive / Office Connect is a plus
