TasteUSA Festival Management is seeking an experienced Senior Bar Festival Manager to join our dynamic team. We're looking for a passionate and skilled professional to oversee our bar operations and elevate the cocktail experience at our food and drink festivals. About Us:TasteUSA Festival Management is the fastest growing food and drink festival company in the U.S. We organize events that bring together food lovers, industry professionals, and local businesses to celebrate and promote the epicurean lifestyle. Location: Various Cities throughout the East Coast area, with travel to different cities on multiple weekends Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple bartenders and bar staff during festival events Organize and execute various bar activations and themed experiences Batch and prepare cocktails for large-scale events (1,000+ attendees) Ensure high-quality cocktail service and adherence to recipes Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff Maintain inventory and manage bar logistics Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience organizing multiple bars at events or catered functions Extensive knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and current beverage trends Proven track record in managing large teams of bartenders Experience in large-scale cocktail batching and preparation Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Passion for food and drink culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Certifications in mixology or beverage management a plus Proficiency in event management software and POS systems IMPORTANT: -High-Volume event/catering/festival experience is crucial for this role.
