We are recruiting for a Senior Engineering, Stress Analyst for our facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Engineering Analysis & Qualification is a dynamic group within BWXT Canada that is responsible for ensuring nuclear components and equipment designed, fabricated, and installed by BWXT meet all Code and customer requirements for structural integrity and thermal-hydraulic performance. As an Engineering Analyst, you will use finite element analysis (ANSYS & ABAQUS) and other techniques to ensure ASME Code and customer requirements are met. Structural evaluation includes pressure and mechanical load analysis, transient thermal-stress analysis, and seismic analysis. You will be working within a collaborative and diverse group of highly skilled engineers who will share their knowledge and will assist with your growth in engineering. JOB SUMMARY: To perform structural qualification of steam generators, heat exchangers, process vessels and piping assemblies for new equipment supply or in support of field services.
