Senior Engineering Manager (Multiple Positions)

Description:
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any) or a related field, and seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience. Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: ● Working on an engineering team within a molding/manufacturing plant;● Managing large capital projects (> $2MM) in a management or supervision role;● Implementing complex molding systems, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiatives;● Working in a regulated environment, such as FDA, cGMP, or medical device related ISO certified environments;● Six Sigma/DFSS; and● Scientific molding. Up to 25% domestic and international travel required. This role is defined as a hybrid role, with two days telecommuting allowed yet not required. )
