A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to address complex People Operations inquiries and support team members and leaders globally. Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on performance management practices and deliver performance improvement plans Investigate grievance reports and collaborate with Legal/Compliance for resolution Stay updated on global employment regulations and assist in policy design Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in Employee Relations or People Operations In-depth knowledge of US, EMEA, and global HR laws and processes Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite Proven track record in designing and improving HR procedures and programs
