Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Early Care and Education Workforce Technical Assistance Specialist. Key Responsibilities Provide relationship-based technical assistance to early care and education leaders across various programs Lead the implementation of intensive technical assistance cycles to assess and improve ECE systems Engage in continuous knowledge development and represent the organization at national and local events Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 7 years in ECE policy and systems change Deep knowledge of ECE workforce issues, particularly in Early Head Start and Head Start programs Experience applying a theory of change model to state and local systems change efforts Bachelor's degree in public policy, social work, early childhood, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred Familiarity with applied research strategies preferred
