Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive retail brand experience strategy across all consumer touchpoints Collaborate with creative agencies to enhance storytelling, visual merchandising, and retail experiences Lead a high-performing team focused on retail brand expression and innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum of 10+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership track record Strong understanding of retail landscape, consumer behavior, and experiential marketing trends Experience in visual merchandising and retail space planning Knowledge and passion for the running and outdoor industry preferred
