A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team. Key Responsibilities Build, mentor, and lead a content engineering team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment Drive technical innovation and optimize infrastructure to enhance website performance and audience growth Lead the technical roadmap and ensure high standards for engineering practices and quality Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience leading remote engineering teams with a track record of complex project management 10+ years in software engineering with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, React, PHP, and MySQL Experience with WordPress or other digital asset management systems Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI/machine learning Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders to align technical and business strategies
