Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a team of senior business development executives and analysts Oversee front-end business development efforts and mentor team members Engage directly in market shaping and customer engagement activities Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in federal government business development Proven ability to create and execute strategies for new market entry Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or a technical degree Experience winning large-scale federal government contracts valued over $300M Experience developing account plans leading to new business wins
