A company is looking for a Senior Designer who will lead projects and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead design projects from start to finish across various mediums Collaborate with global teams to create visually stunning experiences Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices Required Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in pharma/healthcare Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with Figma and Sketch Strong conceptual thinking abilities Ability to navigate tight deadlines and budget constraints
