Key Responsibilities Develop and curate customer success stories, including case studies and testimonials Collaborate with various marketing teams to fulfill requests and create marketing assets Manage customer appreciation campaigns and organize the annual customer conference Required Qualifications 8+ years of customer marketing experience with a focus on content creation and relationship building Deep understanding of customer needs and challenges Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers Experience in B2B and/or enterprise software marketing Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
