A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation and Privacy. Key Responsibilities Manage legal and compliance risk, including employment disputes and privacy matters Oversee case management, including working with outside counsel and preparing litigation strategies Advise on privacy compliance issues and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Law degree with admission to at least one state bar 8 or more years of related experience in litigation and privacy law In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Understanding of US state and federal privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA Experience managing outside counsel and developing case strategies
