A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, building and scaling the global Legal department Lead all commercial contracting and negotiating activities, including drafting and reviewing various agreements Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and emerging legal trends impacting the business Required Qualifications JD from a US ABA-accredited law school and member in good standing within at least one jurisdiction 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a B2B SaaS company Proven skills in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial transactions Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and data privacy regulations Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
