Established Boston design-build outfit is looking to add a talented Construction Manager to its growing team.Company offers generous salary & benefits packages, 401k match, PTO, along with growth and advancement opportunity.Responsibilities: Commercial construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work). Experience building hospitals, pharmaceutical, academic, Biotech, Clean Rooms, or Labs. Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors, and customers. Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools, and equipment associated with projects. Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources. Strong oral and written communication skills.
