Senior Closing and Delivery Officer

Description:
A company is looking for a RCC Senior Closing and Delivery Officer to manage closing and delivery functions for various loan programs. Key Responsibilities: Perform loan closing and delivery functions in compliance with applicable requirements and internal policies Review and confirm accuracy of loan documentation and coordinate with various stakeholders for closing logistics Maintain knowledge of multifamily product lines and assist with audits and reviews by internal and external parties Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in loan closing or documentation, or nine years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Experience with multifamily/commercial real estate loan transactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Adobe DC In-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA/GNMA programs is preferred Familiarity with real estate loan documentation
