Senior Clinical Research Associate

Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines Manage study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data collection Mentor clinical staff and collaborate with study team members for project execution support Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines ICU/CCU nursing background is preferred Experience with MedTech regulations is desirable
