A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join their high-growth team within the Insurance line of business. Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage relationships with clients at both executive and working levels Oversee the financial performance and health of the assigned client base, ensuring alignment with key financial drivers Guide clients towards best practices to improve their utilization of services and outcomes Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a hands-on role with Enterprise Customers (Fortune 100) Advanced knowledge of the auto physical damage (APD) claim process and related systems Proven track record of delivering results that contribute to profitability Experience with CRM software and Business Intelligence tools BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
