Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: 6101 Condor Drive, Moorpark, CA 93021 Responsibilities: Responsible for data mapping and validation for business process migration. Perform source to target mapping for the ETL process to establish data flow from cross-platform systems Postgres SQL, AWS Athena, MongoDB REST API into SQL Server for new loan origination process. Develop transformation logic by using SQL to capture data modifications before data is presented to business teams and stakeholders. Document various parameters of mappings such as source table and field, target table and field, data formats, sample values for each system involved, primary and surrogate keys, translation logics and table relationships. Data Analytics and Innovation to support decision making and automation. Perform data analysis tasks - sentiment analysis to analyze customer feedback survey to identify the polarity of customers and categorize the output based on polarity using Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique in Python. Develop Python programs for Mapping Recommendation which recommends potential matching fields in target systems for the input field in source and mapping validation to automate process of validating existing source-to-target mappings by comparing them with the master mapping sheet. Collaborate with business downstream teams Finance, Capital Market, Pricing, Risk, to capture business requirements in an Agile environment. Create test cases based on test scenarios as an input in UI. Position will be headquartered in Moorpark, CA but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Educ./experience: Six (6) years of experience as an Application Developer, Software Engineer or related role. Experience must include performing data extraction, transformation, and loading; migrating data sources; analyzing and reporting data; designing, developing, and managing performance metrics, reports, analysis, and dashboards using Macros; and developing custom queries, views, and reports. Position will be headquartered in Moorpark, CA but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
