Senior Business Analyst required for a global Fintech organisation, based out of Scotland. The company: They are a global Financial technology business, who are headquartered in London (with an office in Edinburgh) and have around 80,000 employees. They work with some of the UKs largest financial organisations and create complex delivery systems and credit card payment solutions for these businesses. The team are dispersed across the UK, and you will be working in a department of around 120, with a closer team of circa 15 individuals. The wider team consists of Developers, Testers, BAs, Project and Programme Managers etc. This role can be fully remote across the UK, with occasional travel required to the south of England and Edinburgh (potentially). Of course, if you live in Scotland or the central belt, there is access to the office to work from, if desired. The role: This is a role for a very senior Business Analyst, specifically with expertise across cards processing or card: based payment processing. You will most likely have worked for a large: scale Fintech organisation and will have been in this role for a good number of years. There is a large programme of work that is due to go live in September next year, and you will work across this as well as other important projects. Your main stakeholders will be the internal product team (Developers, PMs etc) as well as clients and third: party solution providers. This individual needs to have very strong client facing experience, and be able to stand up in front of large finance organisations and not be intimidated. You will need to have experience of working on complex solutions and leading the BA aspects of a large program, with particular payments knowledge. Key skills required: 5+ years Senior Business Analyst experience, working specifically in a card processing or card: based payment environment Strong Financial Services or Fintech background Stakeholder management skills up to and including.
