Description:
A company is looking for a Sr BI Analyst to lead the design and development of analytic visualizations and dashboards for business partners. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business areas to produce rapid solution prototypes through interactive user design sessions Mentor junior team members and guide them on development best practices Create and enforce data visualization governance and development standards to improve solution quality and efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree Strong preference for healthcare experience Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits, Data Mining, or Itemized Bill Review preferred
