Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Responsibilities: • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws• Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings Qualifications: • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience• Member of state and local bar associations in good standing• Able to work independently while handling multiple files Compensation: $150,000 yearly About Company: The legal services offered by So Cal Realty Law, APC, include residential and commercial real estate transactions, residential and commercial real estate litigation, landlord services, mortgage advocacy, lease negotiation, mediation, arbitration, unlawful detainer (eviction), commercial tenant defense, and a wide variety of other real estate-related services.
