This full-time position is designed for a legal professional with a proven track record in trial representation, who is also interested in mentoring junior associates while managing a substantial caseload.DutiesStay updated on local, state, and federal statutes and relevant legal regulations.Represent clients in court, attending hearings and advocating for motions.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates to help them navigate conflicts and develop their skills.Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft necessary documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.Prepare for and participate in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree followed by a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in trial representation, mediation, and arbitration.Membership in state and local bar associations, with a good standing record.Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, along with persuasive writing and verbal communication abilities.Capability to work independently while managing multiple cases simultaneously.EducationBachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive membership in state and local bar associations.SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in legal research and case management.Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities to foster the development of newer associates.Ability to effectively communicate and advocate for clients in various legal settings.BenefitsOpportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative environment.Supportive culture that values mentorship and teamwork.Engaging work atmosphere focused on client success and legal excellence.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney to lead and inspire the next generation of legal professionals while making a significant impact in a dynamic legal practice.
