The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive estate plans, advising clients on tax-efficient strategies, and managing key client relationships. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth, including the potential for partnership.Location:Los Angeles, CADuties:Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients across various income levels, with a focus on middle-income and high-net-worth individualsAdvise clients on tax-efficient strategies, including irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs, and GRATsLead and participate in client meetings, providing expert guidance on complex estate planning issuesManage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely delivery of legal solutionsCollaborate with colleagues and specialists to develop tailored estate plansStay up to date with changes in trusts and estates law and tax regulationsRequirements:10+ years of experience practicing in Trusts Estates lawProven ability to handle complex estate planning for clients with varying levels of wealthStrong experience with tax-efficient strategies and trust structures (e.g., irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs, GRATs)Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships and leading meetingsLicensed to practice law in CaliforniaAbility to travel to the Los Angeles office several times per weekEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law schoolCertifications:Licensed to practice law in CaliforniaSkills:Expertise in Trusts Estates law, including complex estate planning and tax strategiesStrong client relationship management and communication skillsExcellent drafting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIn-depth knowledge of estate tax laws and related legal issuesAbility to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines efficientlyBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, dental, vision, etc.)Opportunity for career advancement, including potential partnership track
