What you will be doing: As the Senior Analyst, you will support the Senior Manager, Risk Operations Oversight and Performance and the overall Clients Solutions Team in identifying, analyzing and summarizing critical risk and collections information across Tangerine and the bank’s Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Develop and maintain the monthly Collections Dashboard for review by senior management. Develop and maintain the weekly/monthly advisors scorecard for review of Collections operations teams and senior management. Provide key access to data via SQL/SAS/Python and other data retrieval techniques. Identify data sources, and develop process required for the preparation of standard reports. Assist in providing operational insights to improve collections performance. Analysis will encompass portfolio reporting and monitoring, operational strategy performance backssment, as well as Advisors KPIs. Support for strategy, product and analysis teams as required...
