Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Sr. Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team. This role will work a hybrid schedule with two days per week in our Sherman Oaks satellite office and one day per week at HQ in Oxnard. Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor and invoice management. Process Purchase Order (PO) invoices with proper receipt matching ensuring that goods or services are received (3-way match). Ensure proper coding for all AP activity. Ensure accurate and timely processing for all company disbursements. Collect, review, and reconcile vendors’ statements of account. Maintain vendor accounting records including W9 information. Communicate professionally with vendors and customers including t elephone and e lectronic correspondence . Perform month-end reconciliations including AP, Accrued Expenses and Accrued Inventory Clearing. Monitor AP aging and prepare other ad hoc reporting for cash forecasting. Process expense reports and corporate card transactions using Concur. Implement AP automation system and processes. Fulfill all duties in a timely manner to comply with the close calendar. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience with full-cycle AP and PO Receipt Matching. Attention to detail with e xcellent time management skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Be a collaborative team member with the ability to identify and drive efficiency improvements. Able to learn new accounting systems. Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills. Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records. Experience with AP automation and system implementation . Microsoft Navision and Bill.com experience is a plus. This position will be hybrid. Two days in Sherman Oaks and one day at HQ in Oxnard. The annual salary for this position is up to $85k DOE. This is a non-exempt position and will be eligible for OT pay.
