A company is looking for a Senior Accountant Consultant to provide accounting support to government contracting clients. Key Responsibilities Provide extensive accounting support, including month-end close processes and reconciliations Facilitate regular client communication and lead internal and external client status calls Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with clients to implement best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Must be a US Citizen Minimum of 3+ years in full life cycle accounting in a GovCon environment Working knowledge of FASB and GAAP, along with familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DCAA compliance Experience in multiple GovCon accounting systems, with proficiency in Unanet preferred
