Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent NURSING in Northern Idaho Compensation: $20,000 Sign On BonusWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at KD-Staffing. LLC in our Cath Lab department. This is a full-time, permanent position located in beautiful Northern Idaho. As a Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting in various cardiac procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the Cath Lab setting- Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Educate patients and their families on procedures, medications and post-procedure care- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of best practices and advancements in the fieldQualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab or critical care setting- Current BLS, ACLS & NIH Stroke- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment- Previous ICU, Emergency Department, or Cath Lab experience- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours as neededWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $20,000 sign on bonus.
