Green Rose was established in 2021 and is a vertically integrated cannabis company with dispensary, craft grower, transportation and infuser licenses. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the dispensary Assess all safety protocols and help develop any necessary measures Understand Dispensary flow and assist customers with entering and exiting Be aware of all surroundings Assist the front desk when busy Able to work events Position Qualifications: 5+ years experience in securityConsistent and constant communication on all levels Accountability at all levels and for others Balanced decision making Intuitive critical thinking Practical and pro-active actions/thinking Attention to detail, organized lead in all workspaces Position Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Must be able to pass a background check Must be 21 years of age Must possess a valid license or state ID Must remain compliant with all city and state regulations and requirements for working in the industry Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time Retired Cops and Veterans encouraged to apply!
