The DCSS will implement an effective security strategy and program to mitigate risk, safeguard the organization’s human assets, intellectual property, integrity, reputation and physical assets to ensure continuity of operations. Employee is responsible for the day to day management of all physical security systems to include alarm intrusion, access control CCTV, site touring system and keys and cores. Working in close collaboration with local IT and site security team, is responsible for daily operational support of all security applications. Employee will complete timely and accurate reporting of all potential risks or threats to IM assets through chain of command while adhering to his/her Post Orders at all times.Operate physical security operations, access control, CCTV, and other physical security systems for assigned Iron Mountain Data Centers and provide support for the Iron Mountain business unit to ensure safety and security of personnel, clients, visitors, vendors, property, and assets of the company.Train and be knowledgeable on GSS practices and standards as assigned for their post.
