We're growing our team here in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin Compensation: $20 / HourShift 1: Sunday through Wednesday 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Full time, 32 hours)Shift 2: Friday and Saturday 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Part time, 16 hours)About the job:The GSOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring global security systems and communications to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and operations. This role involves real-time analysis and response to potential security threats and incidents, as well as providing support and coordination during emergencies. Continuously monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds Analyze data from various sources to identify potential security threats. Conduct real-time threat assessment and escalate issues as needed. Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management. Maintain clear and effective communication with security personnel and management. Disseminate critical information to relevant parties during incidents. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required. Ensure all security systems are operational and report any malfunctions. Assist in the maintenance and testing of security systems and protocols. Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in security operations. Assist in training new GSOC staff members. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a security operations center or similar environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Proficient in security systems and software. Availability to work in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills: Experience with global security operations and crisis management. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.Your background: You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
