This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. Dimensions Direct Projects, Exploration and Legacy Security operations Purpose To manage projects, exploration and legacy security operations, form security strategy and action plans and to provide support, guidance and assistance to relevant teams tasked with delivering the Newmont Security Strategy. In addition, design, manage and review an intelligence collection and backssment approach which provides usable strategic and operational intelligence disseminated to end users. Essential Duties To manage the implementation of Security's strategy and personnel at Newmont's Projects, Exploration and Legacy sites. Manage, organize, and maintain the Security Systems, including access control, Rapid Response (Em Qnet), Online Intelligence, Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR), technical security elements such as alarm systems,.
