A company is looking for a Security Analyst II to support incident handling processes and enhance cybersecurity measures. Key Responsibilities Support incident handling across various platforms and security technologies Perform investigations using SIEM and SOAR technologies to validate suspicious events Provide coaching and training to Security Analyst I and identify opportunities for improvement Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident investigation Experience with SIEM platforms, preferably Splunk Competency in analyzing logs from Windows, macOS, and Linux systems Basic understanding of modern EDR, email security, and cloud identity platforms Relevant certifications such as Sec+, CySA, CEH, or GSEC preferred
