This position requires a strong background in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, contributing to significant legal initiatives.Duties:Represent a variety of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, across diverse transactions.Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements for commercial real estate.Provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft, analyze, and review critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.Offer strategic insights grounded in sound business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.Efficiently handle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Requirements:Must possess a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.At least six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.Skills:Strong analytical and writing capabilities.Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Demonstrated business acumen and the capacity to address complex legal challenges.Location: Los Angeles, CABenefits:A collaborative and supportive work culture.Opportunities for professional development and engagement in meaningful legal work.
