This role requires a strong foundation in commercial real estate law, particularly focusing on finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, contributing to a variety of legal projects.Duties:Represent a diverse range of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in various transactions.Oversee the complexities involved in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing related to commercial real estate.Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.Deliver strategic insights informed by sound business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.Effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Requirements:Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.Skills:Strong analytical and writing abilities.Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proven business acumen and the capability to navigate complex legal challenges.Location: Short Hills, NJBenefits:A supportive and collaborative work culture.Opportunities for professional development and meaningful engagement in legal work.
