This position requires strong expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly in areas such as finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute significantly to various legal projects.Duties:Represent a diverse array of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in numerous transactions.Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements related to commercial real estate.Provide comprehensive legal guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents associated with real estate transactions.Deliver strategic insights informed by sound business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.Effectively oversee multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Requirements:Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.Skills:Strong analytical and writing capabilities.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proven business acumen and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.Location: Minneapolis, MNBenefits:A supportive and collaborative work culture.Opportunities for professional growth and engagement in meaningful legal work.
