Job Summary We are looking for a creative, analytical, data-driven manager to own our Search efforts (SEO and SEM) to drive awareness and new customer acquisition. As the Search Performance Manager you will develop a best-in-class holistic search marketing strategy (paid and organic) that drives demand and fuels customer growth. You*ll function as the subject matter expert and and drive our overall search strategy, analysis, campaign management, testing and creating longterm action plans that drive results. This role is accountable for all US and CA Benjamin Moore domains and works closely with our internal and agency partners to track and measure lead generation for optimial campaign performance. A key position within the marketing team, this role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing. Core Accountabilities: * Develop company*s longterm search roadmap to ensure category leadership in the face of digital disruption and industry evolution (i.e. AI, voice and visual search) across traditional, eCommerce, and social channels * Work together with core marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure a strong and seamless search journey across channels * Partner with internal and external stakeholders, from Marketing and Sales to Product and Media Agency partners, as well as Global teams * Oversee SEO and SEM Agency Relationship and manage corporate level relationship with Google * Establish and oversee PPC bidding strategies, keyword expansion, copy and landing page optimizations. * Coordinate creative direction and implementation, including ads, ad copy, and landing pages to optimize channels. * Track and analyze campaign impact and success through, keyword research, campaign expansion and optimizations, competitive analysis, and a/b multivariate testing: landing pages, creative display, and ad copy. * Define and lead SEO efforts to drive highly qualified traffic. * Set tech/hygiene guidelines for website + content developers * Educate organization on Search trends and best practices via trainings, case studies, etc. * Find ways to increase organic traffic from our existing content and utilize search data to help plan future content. * Monitor, identify and troubleshoot issues that negatively impact SEO performance. * Responsible for implementing defining analytical goals, monitoring search consoles and other digtal technologies related to search performance. * Administer corporate YouTube channel and apply search best practices. * Responsible for overall budget tracking, invoicing and reporting. * Collaborate together with the rest of Marketing team to ensure marketing strategies are driving lead and conversion goals aligned with the overall business objectives and budgets. * Track the market for trends, opportunities, competitive tactics, etc. and use that info to make recommendations. Required skills: * 5-seven year*s background with SEO and SEM. * We are looking for a great team member, a people developer, and someone who is comfortable managing the needs of a variety of cross-functional partners. * Highly proficient and knowledgeable about core SEO tools and Google Analytics. * Solid knowledge of HTML/technical implications, onpage and offpage impacts to SEO performance. * Knowledge of performance marketing practices and have a test-and-learn mindset. Role may require working closely with media team on performing customer acquisition and conversion tests. * Expertise to manage multiple projects and priorities, with outstanding execution skills with a strong attention to detail. * Highly analytical, expertise to sift through data, ask questions and develop actionable insights. * Excellent communication and management skills, both written and spoken. * Advertising agency background is a plus. * BA/BS College diploma preferred.
